  • Movie/Presentation packages - Rental rates start at $850

  • Concert packages - Rental rates start at $1,475

  • Live Theater packages - Rental rates start at $1,500

  • Dark Days package - Rental rates start at $625

  • Rehearsal Days package - Rental rates start at $675

All of the above rates are base-level package prices and are customizable to the renter’s needs. Additional fees may be applied during contract negotiations.
